Object<\/h2><p>These Conditions govern the sale of tickets for participation in Events organized by Quintegia S.p.a..<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72ae616 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"72ae616\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>2. Definitions<\/h2><p>The following definitions apply to these Conditions:<\/p><ul><li><u>Quintegia Portal<\/u>: indicates the portal for registrations to Quintegia S.p.a. initiatives that allow the purchase of Admission Tickets. <a href=\"https:\/\/community.quintegia.it\/\">https:\/\/community.quintegia.it<\/a><\/li><li><u>Fair Accreditation:<\/u> indicates the ticket office present at the Event.<\/li><li><u>Client<\/u>: indicates the person who purchases the Entry Ticket through the Quintegia Portal.<\/li><li><u>Website<\/u>: means the website www.quintegia.it, owned and operated by Quintegia S.p.a..<\/li><li><u>Entrance Ticket\/Ticket<\/u>: it indicates the document, in digital format, issued by Quintegia S.p.a., which legitimizes the Customer to access the indicated Event.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e827f33 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e827f33\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>3. Scope of application<\/h2><p><strong>3.1<\/strong> These general conditions govern both the online sale of Admission Tickets to Events organized by Quintegia S.p.a., through the presale service via the Quintegia Community.<\/p><p><strong>3.2<\/strong> These Conditions do not govern the sale of products and\/or services by parties other than Quintegia S.p.a. that are present on the Site through links, banners or other hypertext links. Therefore, Quintegia S.p.a. is not responsible for the provision of services and\/or sale of products by such parties. <\/p><p><strong>3.3<\/strong> The present Conditions may be changed at any time. Any changes will be in effect from the time of their publication on the Site in the &#8220;General Terms and Conditions&#8221; section. Users are therefore encouraged to regularly access the Site and consult the most up-to-date version of these Terms before making any purchases.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8b2db3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a8b2db3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>4. Method of purchase<\/h2><p><strong>4.1<\/strong> The purchase of Admission Tickets on the Site can only be made after registering with the online booking and purchasing platform &#8220;Quintegia Community.&#8221; If you have not yet registered, you can do so for free in the &#8220;Register&#8221; section of the Site. The purchase is allowed only if the Customer is 18 years of age or older.  <\/p><p><strong>4.2<\/strong> There is a specific price for each ticket purchased, varying from Event to Event. The value can be found in advance on the specific site of the Event, on the pages indicating &#8220;How to Participate&#8221;. <\/p><p><strong>4.3<\/strong> No maximum limits are imposed on simultaneous ticket purchases.<\/p><p><strong>4.4<\/strong> Purchases on the Site may also be made during the days of the Event, but the participation fee will remain the same even if the Customer decides to attend only one of the days of that Event. Therefore, there are no reductions and\/or &#8220;per day&#8221; costs. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5e0037 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c5e0037\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>5. Payment<\/h2><p><strong>5.1<\/strong> Credit card information is stored in irreversible encrypted form on a third-party Financial Institution.<\/p><p><strong>5.2<\/strong> Purchasing tickets over the Internet is absolutely secure. Quintegia S.p.a. uses the latest industry standard encryption technology to keep visitors&#8217; personal information secure. All information related to the purchase-including the customer&#8217;s name and credit card details-is encrypted using a 2048bit key. Transactions take place through SSL (the &#8220;Secure Sockets Layer&#8221;) to ensure maximum security. Credit card information cannot be read as it travels to Quintegia S.p.a.&#8217;s computer system. Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party Financial Institution (with SIA ISO 22301 PAYMENT CARD INDUSTRY &#8211; DATA SECURITY STANDARD (PCI-DSS) certification) that receives the credit card number and other identifying information. Quintegia S.p.a. does not maintain on its servers data on credit cards used by customers at the time of payment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-021b8c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"021b8c1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>6. How to access the Event<\/h2><p><strong>6.1<\/strong> Admission to the Event with tickets purchased on the website will be as follows:<\/p><ul><li>Purchase tickets exclusively online at the Quintegia S.p.a. website, with the kind request to the Customer to print pre-Event their badge.<\/li><li>To gain access to the workshop halls and in the expo area you will have to show your Badge.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6.2<\/strong> Accreditation and expo area opening times will always be visible on the relevant Event website.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc6d380 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dc6d380\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>7. Right of Withdrawal and Refund of Entrance Ticket<\/h2>\n<p><strong>7.1&nbsp;<\/strong>The Admission Ticket is issued in the holder\u2019s name and may not be transferred to third parties.<\/p><p><strong style=\"color: var(--the7-base-color); letter-spacing: var(--the7-base-letter-spacing); text-transform: var(--the7-base-text-transform); word-spacing: normal;\">7.2<\/strong><span style=\"color: var(--the7-base-color); letter-spacing: var(--the7-base-letter-spacing); text-transform: var(--the7-base-text-transform); word-spacing: normal;\">&nbsp;The Admission Ticket is non-refundable. Under no circumstances shall the holder of the Admission Ticket who is unable to attend the Event be entitled to request a refund or replacement of the Ticket. <\/span><br><\/p><p><strong style=\"color: var(--the7-base-color); letter-spacing: var(--the7-base-letter-spacing); text-transform: var(--the7-base-text-transform); word-spacing: normal;\">7.3&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: var(--the7-base-color); letter-spacing: var(--the7-base-letter-spacing); text-transform: var(--the7-base-text-transform); word-spacing: normal;\">Notwithstanding that the purchase of the Admission Ticket is final and non-refundable, in the event that the Event is cancelled for any reason, and only in such case, Quintegia S.p.A. shall refund the Admission Ticket to the Customer.<\/span><br><\/p><p><strong style=\"color: var(--the7-base-color); letter-spacing: var(--the7-base-letter-spacing); text-transform: var(--the7-base-text-transform); word-spacing: normal;\">7.4&nbsp;<\/strong>Admission Tickets for cancelled events may be exchanged for admission tickets to other events organised by Quintegia S.p.A., should these be of interest to the Customer.<br><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8685e0c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8685e0c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>8. Limitations of liability and rights of Quintegia S.p.a.<\/h2><p><strong>8.1<\/strong> Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Quintegia S.p.a. shall not be liable for expenses and damages, direct and indirect, of any nature whatsoever, suffered by the Customer in connection with the sale of Entrance Tickets.<\/p><p><strong>8.2<\/strong> Quintegia S.p.a. reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or discontinue any function or service rendered by it in connection with the sale of Admission Securities, where necessary or appropriate for technical and\/or organizational reasons.<\/p><p><strong>8.3<\/strong> Quintegia S.p.a. reserves the right to change the purchase order at any time, if the Customer has provided incorrect information during registration and is taking advantage of reduced quotas not applicable to the category of their company.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6384cbd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6384cbd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>9. Photography and Audiovisual Recordings During the Event<\/h2>\n<p><strong>9.1&nbsp;<\/strong>During the Event, photographs and audio and video recordings may be made by Quintegia S.p.A. or by parties appointed by it.<br\/>Such content may be used by Quintegia for documentation, information, corporate communication and promotional purposes relating to its activities and the Event, through publication on websites, social media platforms, newsletters, editorial materials, presentations, press releases and other communication channels, without territorial limitations.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"word-spacing: normal; font-weight: bold;\">9.2&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"word-spacing: normal;\">The content produced may also be made available to the Event\u2019s sponsors and partners solely for the purpose of communicating and promoting their participation in the Event and the related initiatives, in compliance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection and image rights.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"word-spacing: normal; font-weight: bold;\">9.3&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"word-spacing: normal;\">By participating in the Event, attendees acknowledge the possible presence of photographers and video operators and the purposes set out above. Customer Support<\/h2><p><strong>10.1 <\/strong>Information may be requested and communications may be sent by contacting Quintegia S.p.A.\u2019s Customer Service by email at <a href=\"mailto:support@quintegia.it\">support@quintegia.it<\/a> or using the telephone contact details provided on the Website.<\/p><p><strong>10.2 <\/strong>Quintegia S.p.A.\u2019s Customer Service shall respond within no more than one business day from receipt of the report. EU 2016\/679, according to the terms contained in the information sheet in the registration form that the Customer is required to view and expressly accept during the registration process.
