DealerSTAT analyzes the relationship between automakers and the Network through the satisfaction level of Italian dealers. Data collection lasts approximately two months (March-April) and is carried out using a qualitative and quantitative questionnaire<\/strong> designed to study the various management areas. A distinctive feature of the firm is the direct channel through which dealers can express their degree of satisfaction, freely and anonymously<\/strong> via e-mail, while also providing practical and targeted suggestions in different areas.<\/p>

Transparency <\/strong>towards the dealers participating in the initiative is a key principle. For this reason, a summary of the study is prepared and sent to all respondents who complete the questionnaire.

The results of the 2026 survey<\/strong> will be presented in preview at Automotive Dealer Day<\/a> 2026 in Verona on 19\u201320\u201321 May 2026, with the presentation of awards to the manufacturers that achieved the highest ratings.

BMW wins the award for No. 1 Brand in Dealer Satisfaction from DealerSTAT<\/strong>. The award was accepted by Massimiliano Di Silvestre, President and CEO of BMW Italy<\/strong>. <\/p>

The result emerged from the 22nd edition <\/strong>of the DealerSTAT Study, a survey of car and commercial vehicle dealers’ satisfaction with their relationship with the OEM. The award was presented at Automotive Dealer Day – House of Mobility,<\/strong> the leading B2B event for the mobility sector in Europe organised by Quintegia. <\/p>


BMW <\/strong>won the award with a score of 4.25 (on a scale of 1 to 5) compared to the Italian average of 3.29. Two volume brands completed the podium: Toyota and Dacia.<\/strong><\/p>

The survey aims to gather evaluations across various business areas through more than 60 questions. The German OEM also came out on top in management, customer experience, used car sales and business sales. The most appreciated aspect by BMW dealers is the quality of their relationship with the brand. <\/strong><\/p>

Conducted by Quintegia, the research and innovation centre<\/strong>, the DealerSTAT study<\/strong> is an annual survey of dealer satisfaction with OEMs, targeting Italian dealership owners. Verona, October 16, 2025 – DealerSTAT 2025 proclaims Toyota as the best brand in service according to dealers<\/strong>, during the 5th edition of Service Day<\/strong>.
Toyota was the brand that, according to Quintegia’s analysis of data collected between March and April for the 2025 edition of DealerSTAT, best met the network’s expectations in after-sales service.<\/p>

The award was accepted by Alessandro Morganti, CFO and Customer Experience & Network Director at Toyota Motor Italia<\/strong>, during the session entitled \u201cThree roles, one goal: general manager, service manager, and after-sales manager discuss quality, innovation, and customer experience.\u201d<\/p>

Through the voices of dealers, the study highlights the strengths and areas for improvement for each brand on an annual basis, stimulating discussion with management and promoting development and alignment with the network. The survey took place between March 10 and April 15, involving 32 brands and 62% of Italian dealers<\/strong>. <\/p>

The data collected was reworked for Service Day, creating an indicator that includes various aspects of after-sales service. Toyota<\/strong> won the award with a score of 3.93 (on a scale of 1 to 5)<\/strong>, which is much higher than the Italian average of 3.17. BMW came in second place and Suzuki third<\/strong>.<\/p>

Among the various topics analyzed, Toyota ranked highest in terms of the effectiveness of its policies for developing its end-customer spare parts business and the competitiveness of the maintenance packages offered by the manufacturer<\/strong>. Ford Pro wins the award for No. 1 Brand in Light Commercial Vehicle Dealer Satisfaction, <\/strong>as it did in 2024, 2023 and in the five-year period 2015-2019. The award was accepted by Marco Buraglio, Commercial Vehicles Director at Ford Italy.<\/strong> <\/p>

The result came from the 22nd edition<\/strong> of the DealerSTAT Study<\/strong>, a survey of car and commercial vehicle dealers’ satisfaction with their relationship with the OEM. The award was presented at Automotive Dealer Day – House of Mobility<\/strong>, the leading B2B event for the mobility sector in Europe organised by Quintegia. <\/p>

Regarding the LCV category<\/strong>, the survey (conducted between 10 March and 15 April) involved 11 brands and 61% of Italian dealers<\/strong>, who completed 417 questionnaires. Ford Pro won the award with a score of 3.92 <\/strong> (on a scale of 1 to 5), compared to the Italian average of 3.10. Mercedes-Benz and Toyota ranked second and third respectively. <\/p>

The questionnaire, consisting of over 50 questions, monitors LCV dealer satisfaction in key business areas. The result emerged from the twenty-first edition of the DealerSTAT Study, the survey on the satisfaction of car and commercial vehicle dealers in their contractual relationship with the Manufacturer. The survey took place between March 13rd and April 13rd, involving 34 brands and 66% of Italian dealers, resulting in a total of 1,401 questionnaires collected.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Toyota won the award with an overall rating score of 4.24 (on a scale of 1 to 5) compared to the Italian average of 3.35. Rounding out the podium are Porsche and BMW, which ranked first in the luxury and premium brand categories, respectively.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

The survey aims to gather evaluations across various business areas through more than 60 questions. The Japanese manufacturer also topped the rankings in the areas of post-sales management and financial services. The German manufacturer was the brand that, according to Quintegia’s processing of data collected between March and April for the 2024 edition of DealerSTAT, managed to best meet network expectations in the area of after-sales.
The award was collected by Dario Mennella, Customer Support Director of BMW Italy<\/strong>, during the session \u201cFACTOR ASSISTANCE – Impact of electric, business opportunities and network satisfaction.\u201d<\/p>

BMW won the award with a rating of 4.05 (on a scale of 1 to 5), which is much higher than the Italian average of 3.19 instead. Completing the podium were Toyota in second place, and Suzuki. <\/p>
