The aim of the Study is to gather the perspectives of dealer, with particular focus on: <strong>business areas<\/strong> (bodywork, tires, accessories and merchandising, used car reconditioning, and customer services), as well as cross-cutting aspects such as <strong>people, communication, the impact of electric vehicles, and artificial intelligence<\/strong>.<br \/>The Study thus represents an indispensable tool for industry leaders to understand the framework in which to operate and how to tackle change. Having a clear understanding of the assets and opportunities to increase revenue is key to defining the sustainability, in terms of economic growth and human resources, of each individual entity operating in the service industry.
