vendita\u2019<\/strong> is preparing to explore the challenges and opportunities of the <strong>future of after-sales<\/strong>, which has become an increasingly strategic sector for the economic sustainability of business thanks to its ability to generate recurring revenues and build customer loyalty through innovation. A new perimeter will be outlined in a connected <strong>ecosystem <\/strong>that integrates <strong>new services, technologies and operational <\/strong><strong>approaches<\/strong>, such as predictive maintenance, remote assistance, digital customer journeys and new customer relationship models, into the traditional model. <\/p>\n<p><strong>A programme packed with content<\/strong><br>The 2025 edition will offer <strong>more than 25 sessions<\/strong>, including keynotes, round tables and interviews, 13 of which have been created and managed by Quintegia, to explore the crucial dimensions of service in an accessible and concrete way, alternating content designed to address the most pressing challenges and look to the future.
