Mercedes-Benz and Renault completed the Top 5. <\/p><p data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"1059\">The award was presented to <strong>Alberto Santilli<\/strong>, CEO of <strong>Toyota Motor Italia, during<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dealerday.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Automotive Dealer Day<\/a>.<\/p><p data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"1059\"><em data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1948\">\u201cWe are extremely proud to receive this prestigious European recognition for the second consecutive year,\u201d said Santilli. \u201cFor Toyota Italy, the achievement is particularly meaningful, as the strong support and positive feedback from our Italian dealer network played a key role in this result.<br\/>At Toyota, we continue to place our retail partners at the heart of our strategy. Together, we can continue to reach new milestones and further strengthen customer trust.<br\/>This recognition also reflects the quality and reliability of our product line-up, as well as the relevance of our multi-pathway approach to mobility, which provides customers with practical and reassuring solutions in a rapidly evolving automotive landscape.\u201d<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"2420\">The European Automotive Retailer Satisfaction project was created by bringing together leading organisations across Europe that measure dealer satisfaction and manufacturer\u2013dealer relationships. <strong>Coordinated by Quintegia, the initiative combines unique market insights from partner organisations including Mobilians (France), Institut f\u00fcr Automobilwirtschaft (Germany), Faconauto (Spain) and the NFDA (United Kingdom).<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2422\" data-end=\"2772\">By harmonising the data collected across these markets and standardising the different evaluation methodologies, Quintegia developed a consolidated European ranking. Toyota\u2019s leading position was driven in particular by its outstanding performance in Italy and France.<\/p><p data-start=\"2774\" data-end=\"3115\"><strong>The study analysed dealer feedback gathered throughout 2025<\/strong> (with fieldwork periods varying by country) across <strong>22 passenger car brands<\/strong>. <strong>More than 50 performance indicators<\/strong> were assessed for
