Terms and Conditions
The website www.quintegia.it (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is the exclusive property of Quintegia S.p.a., based in Treviso, Strada Sant’Angelo, 116 – VAT Code 03933040267 (hereinafter referred to as “Quintegia”). Access to, and navigation on, the Website, by individual users, is free of charge.
The user acknowledges and otherwise agrees:
(i) that Quintegia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of these legal notices at any time by communicating the changes to users by general notice affixed to the Website or by a link to such notice; and
(ii) that, as of the time of each general notice now given, the Legal Notices as amended shall constitute the new terms and conditions to which access to, and navigation on, the Website shall be subject (these Legal Notices, as amended from time to time, hereinafter, the “Legal Notices”).
1. Intellectual property rights
1.1. The contents of the Website, such as but not limited to works, images, photographs, dialogues, music, sounds, videos, texts and any other material in any format, including but not limited to menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, designs, diagrams layouts, methods, processes, functions, and software (individually and/or collectively “Content”) and related distinctive marks and/or logos are the exclusive property of Quintegia or otherwise within its exclusive availability, and in any event may not be in any way and/or form used without the prior written consent of Quintegia.
1.2. In the event that link and embed codes relating to specific content are provided on the Website, such codes may be used by users only for their own direct, personal and private use and provided that the use now said is not for purposes of a directly or indirectly commercial and/or for-profit nature.
1.3. Any use of the codes and/or Content in violation of the limits set forth in the Legal Notes, or otherwise contrary to the law, is unlawful and will therefore be prosecuted by Quintegia.
1.4. The “Quintegia” trademarks and logos, including the domain name “quintegia.it”, are in the exclusive availability of Quintegia. Said trademarks, logos and domains may not be used in any way without the prior written consent of Quintegia.
2. Links to other websites
2.1. The Website may contain text links (the “links”) to other websites that have no connection to the Website.
2.2. Any link to other websites should in no way be understood as an activity, on the part of Quintegia, to promote them and/or the content published therein.
3. Cookies
Session “cookies” (which are not stored persistently on the user’s computer and vanish when the browser is closed) may be present on the Website for the purpose of enabling users to better enjoy the Website. 5. Abuse reporting
5.1. Users who have identified any User Content that they believe to be illicit, inappropriate, offensive, or vulgar are encouraged to promptly report it to Quintegia by sending an email to support@quintegia.it
5.2. Users are invited to use their reports responsibly. Reports that prove to be unfounded and/or illegitimate will be a source of liability to You.
6. Applicable law
Legal Notes are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be settled by the Court of Treviso or another Italian Court.
