Audi is the brand that, according to Italian dealers, is best interpreting the electrification process. This was stated by the DealerSTAT award, which was presented on September 15th to Fabrizio Longo, the director of Audi Italy, during the Automotive Dealer Day Forum.
The result emerged from the eighteenth edition of the DealerSTAT Study, the annual survey on dealer satisfaction with the manufacturer, aimed at Italian dealership owners. It involved 30 brands and almost 60% of Italian dealers, with a total of 1,243 questionnaires collected.
This year, through DealerSTAT, three important aspects related to the electrification process were investigated: the competitiveness of the electric vehicle range in the next three years (Plug-in and Full Electric), the completeness of the sales support offering, and support for dealers with guidelines and training. Audi, with a score of 4.08 (on a scale of 1 to 5), compared to the Italian average of 3.43, is the brand that, according to dealers, is best interpreting the electrification process. The top 5 is completed by Volvo, Porsche, Smart, and Mini.
