The developer will be expected to bring their experience and skills to the company with the goal of designing, developing, and optimizing software that meets the diverse needs of the Quintegia ecosystem.
The candidate will be expected to use the different programming languages in addition to the platforms already integrated in the Company.
Flexibility of thought, ability to understand requirements, and a high degree of autonomy in managing the timing, constraints, and phases of the entire software development cycle is therefore required; from organizing and understanding requirements, to prototyping and development, and ending with testing, launching, and maintaining the same.
The different areas of work will vary from the development of web applications and web-related processes in general (both desktop and mobile, front-end and back-end), to software management and integration with Salesforce, to IT support activities for the entire corporate population, to the implementation and prototyping of internally developed, production-ready software and apps.
Demonstrated technical ability, propensity for teamwork to identify and implement solutions including in synergy with colleagues, suppliers and external partners, results orientation, and initiative are required in addition to demonstrated technical ability.
