Key responsibilities:

Reporting closely to the Head of Quintegia’s Academy and Training business line, the Key Account will be expected to develop and manage training projects aimed at enhancing skills in the automotive distribution sector and boosting strategic innovation. In particular, it will need to:

  • Personally carry out the stages of defining and organizing training/consulting projects, taking care of their related business development
  • Manage and organize the resources needed to implement projects
  • Taking care of promotion and marketing activities and relations with business partners
  • Implement remote and classroom training activities firsthand
  • Taking care of budgeting and final reports

Desired skills and experience:

  • Interested in increasing their knowledge of the auto industry in Italy and abroad
  • Driven by positive attitude and determination to pursue goals
  • Project management skills are a plus
  • Public speaking skills
  • Comfortable working in teams and collaborating with others
  • Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; able to handle stress and work peaks in a dynamic environment
  • Deeply driven by the desire to create value to the business also with practical sense
  • Excellent analytical and data reading skills
  • Experienced as a computer user on Microsoft platform, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
