The sixth edition of Quintegia’s event, conceived in partnership with AsConAuto, will take place in Verona on 15 and 16 October under the theme “One Direction, Multiple Choices”. This year’s programme will also see the launch of the new Training Garages.
The sixth edition of Service Day, the event organised by Quintegia and originally conceived by AsConAuto, is taking shape under the theme “One Direction, Multiple Paths”. The title reflects the fact that automotive aftersales remains one of the greatest growth opportunities for vehicle retailers, while also facing an unprecedented period of transformation.
At the VeronaFiere Congress Centre on 15 and 16 October, business owners, dealers, dealership groups, service managers and independent operators will have the opportunity to gain essential insights into the future of automotive aftersales. The two-day programme will feature workshops offering practical content, market analysis, research findings, success stories and first-hand accounts. More than 50 leading speakers will take part, while over 40 stands hosted by major industry companies will fill a 10,000-square-metre exhibition area. Participants will also be able to attend a wide range of meetings organised jointly by vehicle manufacturers, sponsors and trade associations.
Data from Quintegia’s After Sales Navigator confirms the scale of the opportunity: 71% of dealers regard aftersales as an area with significant growth potential. However, this awareness does not always translate into structured strategies or the full realisation of the business’s potential.
“At this point in time, there is a risk that operational, technological and market complexity will grow faster than organisations’ ability to adapt their processes and structures. At the same time, the apparent stability of the business may conceal a gradual erosion of value. To make aftersales a genuine strategic driver of profitability, customer loyalty and business development, we need to help every company identify the model that best suits its organisation, market and capabilities ” says Tommaso Bortolomiol, CEO of Quintegia.
A long-standing partner of the initiative, AsConAuto will once again contribute to the development of the event’s content, bringing the experience, expertise and first-hand perspectives of its network to the stage.
Roberto Scarabel, President of AsConAuto, comments: “The market is going through a complex period, and dialogue between industry professionals is more important than ever if we are to understand how the service business will evolve and which strategies should be adopted to navigate change. Service Day 2026 will be far more than a traditional trade show. It will provide high-level training and discussion, offering an important opportunity for professional growth to people who, despite working in different environments—from dealerships and authorised repair centres to independent workshops—share the same goals: creating value and continuing to play a leading role in this business. ”.
The Service Day 2026 program will address the key issues reshaping the industry, including operational efficiency, new organisational models, customer experience, customer value creation, pricing, management skills, people management, artificial intelligence, automation and innovation.
Among this year’s new features are the Training Garages: short, highly practical sessions designed to provide tools, methods and approaches that can be put to immediate use in day-to-day service operations. The initiative will complement the event’s traditional strategic discussions with even more practical, hands-on content.
The future of aftersales is not something to be endured—it is something to be built. Today, more than ever, the ability to make the right choices will make all the difference.
