A graduate in Political Science, he joined CRIF in 1996 after significant experience gained within companies operating in retail credit decision support solutions. After holding the position of business consultant, he was appointed sales & marketing director of CRIF - S&M Finance in 2001. Since 2015 he has held the position of executive director of CRIF.

Darren Ardron is CEO of Perrys, a British private dealership group. Darren started working for Perrys in 1988 and has held various roles throughout his career and was appointed CEO in 2015. Perrys operates 50 franchise outlets in 26 locations in the United Kingdom, with an annual turnover of about £700 million and about 1350 employees.

Luca Solari is full professor of Business Organization at the Department of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Milan, where he holds important management positions as Director of the Walter Tobagi School of Journalism and President of the Unimi Foundation. In his research and dissemination activities, he has published numerous articles and books, the latest of which Freedom Management (Franco Angeli, 2020) proposes a scheme for interpreting the transformation that is affecting organizations and the world of work. He created OrgTech an innovative consulting firm, active alongside top management in supporting paths of transformation inspired by innovation and a different conception of the role of the person in the organization.

Stefano Martinalli, after his studies, devoted himself for 10 years to political-institutional activities and to consulting and management positions in agribusiness companies. He arrived at Autotorino in 1999, in the key years for the start of the Group's growth, and later became a shareholder. At the same time, he also devoted himself to multiple initiatives to support the Valtellina area and its agricultural and artisan activities. Today he is Managing Director and General Manager of the Autotorino Group.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Ca' Foscari University Venice and continued his education by taking a course in Entrepreneurship at UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles. He joined Quintegia in 2004, initially as a researcher, then with the role of Project Manager coordinating the activities inherent to Top50 Dealers and Automotive Dealer Day. He continued his professional growth by joining the Board of Directors with delegated authority over Corporate & Industry Relations activities with a focus on Sales, Marketing & Communication. From 2021 he was appointed CEO of Quintegia, with the objective of defining and implementing a new strategic plan aimed at leading the company to seize the opportunities arising from the transformations taking place in the mobility market and implement a path of international expansion. Over the years he has also collaborated with J.D. Power & Associates on several projects focused on the Italian market and other research initiatives with Ca' Foscari University Venice.

Partner and Senior Advisor of Quintegia and Associate Director of ICDP (International Car Distribution Program), the most important European research network in the field of automotive distribution, with which he has collaborated since 2000. The main topics on which his study and research activities are focused include: trends and prospects for sales and service networks, after-sales market, large dealer evolution, new business models and used car management. He has participated as a speaker in more than 100 appointments at conferences and seminars dedicated to the automotive sector, mainly in Italy and Europe. He is among the founding members of Quintegia, where he is particularly involved in coordinating international research activities and various training and coaching activities for automakers and dealers.

For over 15 years in the automotive field, he has had the opportunity, through multiple projects carried out for Automobile Manufacturers, to develop a deep knowledge of the industry, particularly on distribution dynamics, digital transformation and consumer studies. He holds a degree in Statistics and Computer Science from Ca' Foscari University Venice. Today he is VP Research & Innovation and coordinates the activities of the new Research & Innovation division introduced in Quintegia in 2023, he is also part of the Board. Passionate about psychology and sports, for a long time he was a competitive cyclist, later devoting himself to mountaineering.
